Roaster's Comments: Organic Cone Peak Espresso is our most popular espresso because it has oomph! The blend is named after one of the highest peaks in Big Sur, our neighboring city. We serve this espresso extensively in our coffeehouses because it is so consistent on the palette.

I've tried other Carmel Coffee espressos. This is the best.
My present favorite change of pace coffee.

I've tried many different espressos, including your other versions. I like this best, so far. But unlike Foglifter which I think is the best dark roast blend, I can't say I won't find a better espresso. But this one is very good.

I've had it every morning now for 2 or 3 years, I'm really not interested in changing. To me, it's the best.

Found this coffee while spending the weekend in Carmel for my 2nd wedding anniversary. Ended up buying a pound and have since ordered more online. This is some of the smoothest, sweetest espresso I've ever found. Amazing crema with a smooth, caramel flavor. I love it. My new favorite espresso blend.
